In Bursa Filing Today

Rayvin Tan disposed 5,000 lots of BJ Corp Wb at 23 Cents on Oct 1st through Married Deal

Interpretation

1) Rayvin Tan has more than 10% of BJ Corp Warrant B Shares. It is totally out of money as conversion to BJ Corp is RM1.00. So it is all right if he wants to cash out some. The gestation period for Warrant B is 10 long years away.

2) It was disposed through "Married Deal" It could be to "any given party". It could be his own related family members or friends or proxies. So there is "Some Interested parties" not disclosed

3) As Such It does not affect trading of BJ Corp Shares. As VT Himself has Been Buying & Buying All The Time - BJ CORP Mother Shares.

4) Inexperienced newbies might be misled that Insiders are disposing which IS NOT TRUE. This Misdirection for uninformed Newbie might cause them to sell. Then VT will Gladly Scoop Up All Cheap BJ CORP Shares. This is His "Modus Operandi"
