yea it is due to the aggressive expansion on biz eg, cosway convert to cosway farmasi/country organic farm in major shopping malls,7-11 etc..anyway now still cheap to buy in not so expensive compare previous years which ard rm1.5-1.9 range..

then i think karyon is a good choice for long term..last year total div pay out ard rm0.014 which avg of the share price ard 0.16-0.17 so is ard 8-9%..beside the share price also boost from 0.16 to 0.24 (50% boosting within a year)..

說到成功零售（Berjaya Retail）重 新上市，也就是說之前曾掛牌，不 過後來被私有化，而這將要將時光 倒退至2010年，惟在上市不到7個 月的時間，又匆匆被私有化了，可 說是馬股壽命最短的公司之一。

其他潛在上市的公司還包括MOL全 球、UMobile及Bermas Motor，齊 來資金市場熱鬧一番。

成功集團（BJCORP，3395，主板 貿服組）在馬股的另一創舉則是擁 有最多掛牌子公司，達6家，但實 際上除了成功多多（BJTOTO， 1562，主板貿服組）較為受到關 注之外，其他公司如成功資產 （BJASSET，3239，主板產業 組）、成功食品（BJFOOD， 5196，主板貿服組）、成功置地 （BJLAND，4219，主板貿服組） 及成功媒體（BJMEDIA，6025， 主板貿服組）的股價走勢都欠缺活 力，股票交投不見突出。

若成功零售及加的夫球會確定上 市，成功集團在馬股的掛牌公司數 量則將增至8家，場面好不熱鬧。

可是，這家涉及消費產品、餐飲、 博彩及產業等業務的集團，真的需 要全都上市嗎？畢竟若在同一集團 下擁有過多掛牌公司，也無法捎來 營運效益，特別是股票流通性欠佳 的公司，更早已不在市場的投資視 線內。

雖然說企業上市集資無可厚非，而 且有本身的權利，但若股價一直停 滯不前，不獲投資者的關注，或者 是檢討的時候了，包括探討是否有 必要將所有業務都通通掛牌，一項 都不漏。

成功集團是家頗為“奇妙”的企業， 經過多年來展開的種種企業活動， 其股本已擴大至逾42億股，股票數 量多到相當驚人，但股價表現卻不 見起色，從去年9個月起一直處於1 令吉以下水平。

與其他財團相比，感覺上近幾年的 成功集團已欠缺了那一股“火”，整 體業務成長動力不大，以截至 2013年1月31日止業績來看，首9 個月淨利更大跌84%至4千924萬7 千令吉。

credit Suisse also one of the shrholder in BRDB brdb didnt move too much and they allow it to be privatize. If offer their stake to mkt can get more than what they eventually received

Eventually they only can pare down o lower their breakeven cos they invest quite high price n the possibility of privatize on bjcorp is hardly likely n won't get agree from other shareholder cos such a low price..

just buy to draw down your breakeven price dont wait cos you will never know wat happen on it..maybe tml annouce the subsi listed?maybe special announcement?then u will miss the buy in chances with such attractive n lower price..
