VT bought at 0.485 the lowest , and the price close at 0.475. i think except him , no one able to press the price down . a lots of question marks here , need some valueable opinion from experts . thanks in advance .

Refer to Euro Crisis in 2009, Bjcorp lowest prices is around 0.48 and 0.49... although there are conversion of Bjcorp LC and also in 2012..there are 1 free warants cum 1 Bjcorp LD...but all of these issue, the investors ar putting their blood into it... although the bisnes of Bjcorp is growing since 2009... but his prices remains at 2009 euro crisis level.... For me, Bjcorp is a luxuries bungalow.. if you rent it out, it wont give you a handsome rental but if he unlock it by either direct selling those asset at the right prices or listed it at the handsome prices (like BJ AUTO)... it may create values to the shareholdes...but it depends Tan Sri family wanna share those good things with the minority...?

if using Buffets ways on this...he would like to buy back when his company share prices at 10% + or minus of the NAV, BJCORP is closed to 2.1 times well below the NAV.. Both of them also shareholding company... The only things difference is Berkshire cash rich and having approx 15 bil NP company... but...BJCORP is only asset rich...but his assets wont generate much profit as Berkshire's doing...
