To reduce blood pressure, mesti kena jogging. Long time i did not jog and my blood pressure shot up to 140/95. After jogging for about 3 times a week for about 1 month, now gone down to 110/75 consistently. Cannot lazy.

Don't impact and too emotion by short term price up and down.
If you think now is near lowest price and there will be better quarter financial report.
Then keep it anf eventually it will go higher.
Just one day drop and some of you begin so negative.

Unless you're gambler or trader but not investor.
