i am sure they need to be pushed to annouce....but i think the relevant authorites must be informed of such misconduct..to ensure they wake up in future...and also to check whether they are trying to delay the bringing bak of cash bak to malaysia...i suspected the china great mall also delayed intentionally to a later date becoz of election...there is no annoucement on the china side of any annoucement of such legal case at all...
