BJcorp may be will hit 38 sen within these 2 months and fall back to 30 sen and below in October. I feel they may announce some good news in August. So what shall we do ?? Hold and wait till then. Throw all out before November and wait for 20 sen at the end of the year. That is the indicator given by Bankers (they are playing BJcorp like playing TOTO jackpot). Hope I am right. TM still a good buy in.
I'm not collecting any more BJcorp but waiting to get out from here and go elsewhere. May come back when they hit below 30 sen. I just got my MBSB dividend of 5 sen. You see they ding-dong at 1.12-1.19. If you hold you still got some pocket money, you hold Bjcorp you get banana !!
If they try Okinawa they will stress with their loan and lower their profitability until may be 3-5 years (If they can make money : The risk of losing money must also consider). You cannot start making money with new projects.

As I said before you have to play BJcorp like Leek. Down 30 sens - buy in and Up 31 sens - sell. Playing a million shares can make a bag full of money. Sell all your shares and playing this way. Waiting game is not a game for retailers especially BJcorp. TP 38 sens next 1-2 months and sell all.

Lol...that's what we are doing.. just look at BJcorp's past 1 year price trend..between Nov. 2017 July 2018..there were 9 major price spikes vs only 6 major dips..just time the market and sell some BJcorp when it goes up..& buy when it goes down..very sure can make some money while waiting for the major Jackpot!

KUALA LUMPUR (Jul 23): The Government said it has no plan to reissue a sports betting licence to tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan's 70%-owned vehicle Ascot Sports Sdn Bhd, or any other operator.

In a written answer to a Parliamentary question by Datuk Seri Ismail Mohamed Said (BN-Kuala Krau), the Ministry of Finance (MoF) said it had agreed to reissue a bookies licence to Ascot Sports on Jan 13, 2010,

But the licence renewal approval was revoked on Oct 5, 2010 and the security deposit of RM10 million, in the form of bank guarantee, was returned entirely to Ascot Sports, said MoF.

In 2010, Tan had planned to inject his 70% stake in Ascot Sports into Berjaya Corp Bhd (BCorp) for RM525 million cash. But he called off the plan when then Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak decided to backtrack on the government's decision to issue the betting licence.

Tan’s son Datuk Robin Tan holds the remaining 30% equity stake in Ascot Sports.

In his question today, Ismail asked the MoF to state the rationale for the government to approve the betting licence to Ascot Sports.

However, MoF said there was no intention to approve in the first place.

Ismail's query came amid speculation that Najib's 2010 decision may be revised following the BN’s loss in the May 9 general election.

While atm, the sport betting license given earlier by BN Govt. to Ascot Sports withdrawn in 2010 (may not be reissued)..it doesn't prevent PH Govt. to amend the Betting Act 1953 to allow for more Integrated Resort Hotels & Casinos other than Genting Casino similar to Japan, Vietnam & Singapore approvals to promote tourism industry and increase Government Revenue in Malaysia? Malaysia’s Berjaya Land Bhd divested its entire 32.5 per cent of capital contribution in Berjaya Vietnam Financial Centre Ltd. to Vinhomes JSC and Can Gio Tourist City Corporation for a cash consideration of VND884.9 billion ($38.4 million).
