forget about how the deal is structured .... the entire corporate exercise is screwing up the minority shareholders .... i believe all the placement shares goes back to their cronies/nominees. placement price is lower than current market price (+ loads of FREE warrants as well). of course retailers could look forward to the GORENG once the shares are placed out ..... keep your fingers crossed.
