wce is for longterm holders. Do not attempt to play contra. You will only

@edge, I think the company prospect is improving year by year as more section start contributing toll and with increasing traffic volume. Not forgetting, the 40% holding in Rimbayu will continue to contribute profit over a long period too.

Good news: The convert of 134,517,908 Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS) holded by IJM into new WCE Holdings Berhad Ordinary Shares. It clearly indicated that IJM has a plan for WCE.

Personnally, I will support the huge convertion of this RCPS. We will not be able to see that huge convertion in future. It showed that WCE is warming up. However, it is only suitable for those long term investors.

Hi new here ..some kind expert can help...
1.Is the highway partially open and collecting toll?Or need to wait the final section ( 30 months complete) to collect toll ..
2.The conversion of RCPS..Read the additional listing shares issue price is 0.28..are they related ? how much IJM and rest others paid for for the conversion? Asking this to gauge whether the management is practising good governance since investor need to commit with them for the next 3 years.
3. Any comments on their warrant..WF and PA( over value??) ?

Besides natural disaster n financial fraud, other possible risks could be govt policy (ie, cap on toll rates), high highway maintenance expenditure, low traffic or PLUS "throw price" to starve off WCE. Recent price action suggesting a more promising outlook, perhaps more new sections opening soon.
