Last year when the highway was 30%completed WCE share price was 28sen and today the highway more than 70% completed the share price should be at least above 50 sen and conservatively by June 2021 it should reach 80 sen when 80% of the highway will be collecting toll charges.Later WCE will be like a money printing machine and just only need to maintain and servicing the highway.
