I'm deeply worried about the well being of Malaysia, especially during a time where US constantly expanding its war.

Anwar is a trator and the ultimate enemy of the nation. Foreign power have their own interest befriending Anwar, Anwar just want to be king, that's all he wants.

His time is running out. Anwar is no ordinary man, he has a mind of a conqueror. A conqueror will sacrifice everything to achieve his goals, including tearing Malaysia a part.

The ruckus sparked by upset relatives on Wednesday was just a minor part of a huge crisis.
COMMENT

MH370Wednesday’s chaos in the media room at the Hotel Sama Sama was unprecedented. No one from the local or international press could have seen it coming.

Several individuals from among the relatives of Chinese passengers on board the MH370 stormed into the room with banners and screamed in agony and shouted in anger as they demanded clearer information about the fate of loved ones, which was still unknown although 26 countries were involved in the world’s largest search and rescue mission.

“They give different messages everyday,” said one of them. “We want the flight to be found. We need information and we can’t stand the waiting any more.”

Frustration boiled over into disorder soon when a group of security officers entered the room to stop them from repeating allegations that authorities said were false.

Cameras flashed and video and audio recorders were turned when they were they were dragged off from the media centre to be temporarily locked inside another room. Police and other security officers were not able to take them out of the hotel as the front door was sealed completely by journalists.

Almost instantly, recordings of the Chinese being pulled away were uploaded to the Internet, and a war of words ensued all over Facebook and Twitter.

Some have blamed the Chinese families for the melee, saying they had failed to understand how hard the Malaysian government had been working to resolve the mystery of MH370.

Some have accused the police of unprofessional behaviour in their treatment of the grieving relatives.

Another set of people have condemned the government for flip flopping with its answers since the first of the daily press conferences.

Perhaps no one really deserves blame for Wednesday’s pandemonium.

It is true that the relatives who started the pandemonium were not the only ones suffering from the tragedy, but one would have to stand in their shows before making any statement of condemnation. Losing people you love is painful, and not knowing what happened to them is worse.

As for the police, they were caught off guard, like almost everyone else.

The reporters and photographers were just doing their job. It was the most natural thing to try to get comments from the grieving relatives, and it had to be done even if it meant ignoring orders from policemen and pushing them away.

The crisis is unprecedented in its magnitude, at least in the Malaysian experience, and until the plane is found, we will have to suspend our judgment on the conduct and utterances of everyone involved.

Alfian ZM Tahir is a FMT team member who witnessed the melee on Wednesday.

Hahahaha...just compile and read what Anwar say about Captain Zaharie. Spin left and right but backfire so much. First he said he don't know Captain Zaharie, then he said Captain Zaharie is good friend of his in laws, then spin again that govnment linking his to Captain Zaharie. Today, Anwar came with another statement, "Who gave Daily Mail information linking me and Captain Zaharie?" If leader like this very sicko, how to run a country.

Mr. Ehem Ehem's is a tragic story. He's a gifted orator, one has to hand that to him, even if technically and intellectually no such great shakes, well certainly not as great as he himself seems to fancy and have tried to portray.

Still, he would have gone on to become PM, had he not been so impatient, to the extent of trying to engineer the downfall of his own superior and mentor. Despite unstoppable rumours of some certain ehem ehem 'imperfections' in the supposedly perfect persona that he relentlessly tried to cultivate of himself.

He's come to the end of the road now. He should start learning to retire gracefully and allow his younger proteges to carry the baton. If they have the capability.

The big problem about him is that he always sees and paints himself as a whiter than white angel and everybody else who doesn't see eye to eye with him on things as blacker than black devils. He's been like that even since his college days.

ANWAR THE MASTERMIND OF MH370 DISSAPEARANCE????? You be the judge!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=36Sved9zx1Y

I have just watch the video above. In the video, I found another coincidence.

Anwar mentioned that he knows the country have bought a sophisticated radar system back during the time he was the finance minister. The radar system is able to track any unauthorized plane flying across South China Sea to the Indian ocean.

This is what he said later in the speech. "Was the radar system turned off?". This is key.

Did he knows the radar system will be off? Did he passed this information to Zaharie the captain of MH370? Which is how Zaharie knows the radar system will be off, that's why Zaharie choose to pass through 4 provinces of Malaysia going to Andaman Island, instead of choosing a shorter path cutting through Thailand?

BECAUSE the captain knows he won't be detected as the radar already off!!!! Otherwise, cutting through Thailand it will be shot down immediately!!!

There's a Chinese saying, "tak ada hantu, orang tak akan mati". There's a big plot to bring down Malaysia as a nation.

Anwar is the mastermind, with the help of his hantu-hantu in the government, and his foreign allies. I hope his supporters let alone Malays, Chinese or Indians hear what i said.

I'm deeply worried about the well being of Malaysia, especially during a time where US constantly expanding its war.

Anwar is a traitor and the ultimate enemy of the nation. Foreign power have their own interest befriending Anwar, Anwar just want to be king, that's all he wants.

One last word, if PKR won the Kajang election. That's mean Malaysian are still under the spell of Anwar Ibrahim. I will fall so sick, seeing the ugly keep unfolding for Malaysia.

If he manages, with his ETP, to carry Malaysia to high income grade by 2018, maybe, just maybe, his image can be strongly reinvigorated. Now we're at per capita GDP (nominal) of US$12k+. This is already higher than that of Mexico and Turkey. The high-income-nation target for us is US$15k. It's not that far away now.

And it would also be pertinent to note that Mexico and Turkey, unlike Malaysia, are each sitting right on the edge of massive, highly developed economic regions.

China finds power clipped in dealing with Malaysia on MH370 probe, says report

China, which has been at the forefront of the global search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, now finds its strength limited as the crisis enters its third week, the New York Times reported today.

"The painful process of working with Malaysia in searching for the airplane and investigating what went wrong in the early hours of March 8 has revealed the limits of China’s power, influence and technological and military might in the region, despite its rapid rise as a rival to the United States and American strategic dominance of the Western Pacific," said the paper.

Two-thirds of the 239 people on board the plane are Chinese nationals, and Beijing has so far deployed 21 satellites and a fleet of naval ships to help in the search.

The New York Times said Malaysia was keeping other nations, including China, at arm's length in the search efforts, to the frustration of the Chinese government.

"That tension is reflected in the frequent condemnations of Malaysia that have appeared in the Chinese state news media.

"China is out of its comfort zone, no longer in the position of strength from which it usually deals with smaller Asian nations, including Malaysia," it was reported.

The daily said despite the strong ties between both countries, China is now "desperately prodding" Malaysia to share information to allow it a role in the investigation so that it could appease Chinese families whose loved ones are still missing.

“If you don’t push them, they won’t move,” Zhu Zhenming, a scholar of Southeast Asia at the Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences, was quoted as saying about Malaysian authorities.

"It’s mostly to do with their administrative management capabilities, but also their culture."

China's frustration has even come from its officials who resort to diplomacy in their remarks.

The Chinese ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang had reportedly told the media last week that although Malaysia had insufficient technologies and experience in responding to the incident, "they did their best".

But a scholar of Chinese politics said Malaysia's image had suffered.

"The image of the Malaysian government has dropped in the eyes of the Chinese government and the Chinese people," said Bo Zhiyue of the East Asian Institute, National University of Singapore.

"Compared to the Malaysian government, the Chinese government is quicker and more responsive," he told the New York Times.

Bo said the saga reinforced the belief among the Chinese that their system "is in some ways superior to other systems in its efficiency".

The paper said the Chinese are also under pressure to solve the case of the missing MH370 following an incident in which 29 people were killed and 150 injured in a train station in China, blamed on terrorism.

China had tried to link the killing spree to activists in Xinjiang, a western province where ethnic Uighurs and the ruling ethnic Han have been clashing.

Although it was previously thought that MH370's disappearance was another act of terror, possibly by Uighurs, Chinese investigators have cleared its citizens from ties to militant groups, including the sole ethnic Uighur on board the plane.

Bo, however, said that both incidents are "national traumas" which have been beyond the control of Chinese authorities.

"It’s a little sensitive, and it seems a little embarrassing," he was quoted as saying.

"They need to make an extra effort to make it look like they’re taking it seriously and commit resources to find an answer to the problem." – March 22, 2014.

What happened to MH370? A pilot and a flight attendant give their views - Carmen Fishwick (Guardian) http://goo.gl/GwTgRJ

Malaysian Airlines today confirmed that flight MH370 had been carrying highly flammable lithium-ion batteries in its cargo hold, re-igniting speculation that a fire may have caused its disappearance.
The admission by CEO Ahmad Jauhari comes four days after he denied the aircraft was carrying any dangerous items and nearly two weeks after the plane went missing.
He said the authorities were investigating the cargo, but did not regard the batteries as hazardous - despite the law dictating they are classed as such - because they were packaged according to safety regulations.
The revelation has thrown the spotlight back on the theory that the Boeing 777 may have been overcome by a fire, rendering the crew and passengers unconscious after inhaling toxic fumes.
Lithium-ion batteries - which are used in mobile phones and laptops - have been responsible for a number of fires on planes and have even brought aircraft down in recent years.

The Economist Crony Capitalism Index 2014 ranked Malaysia third place for cronyism – with Hong Kong and Russia taking top and second spot respectively. Why is the eradication of corruption and cronyism a constant struggle for Malaysia?

Cronyism is real but The Economist’s ranking of Malaysia a surprise

PETALING JAYA: It is not that Malaysia has not made any effort in the fight against corruption and cronyism. The trouble is that the fight does not seem to be making any headway.

Why is the eradication of corruption and cronyism a constant struggle for Malaysia? One answer lies in the lack of political will.

So the nation is still in the doldrums on the cronyism scale as evident from a recent report in The Economist

According to The Economist Crony Capitalism Index 2014, Malaysia came in third place for cronyism and toppling its list was Hong Kong while Russia was at number two.

The UK-based Economist reported that all three countries were in the same positions since the last study in 2007 while most countries in the Southeast Asian region including Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines, fared worse in 2014.

Singapore was ranked at fifth place, the Philippines at sixth, Indonesia 10th while Thailand took the 16th spot.

Former Transparency International Malaysia president Tan Sri Dr Ramon Navaratnam described Malaysia’s position as “very surprising and disappointing”.

“I did not realise we are that bad. The Economist is a reputable publication and we cannot dismiss these findings,” he told theantdaily.

“The government should seriously examine this report, find out where cronyism is taking place and take action.

“Corruption is related to cronyism which is bad. All these can be mitigated by the findings as the long-term sustainability of Malaysia’s economic development can be seriously jeopardised by cronyism and corruption,” he warned.

Navaratnam also said that “money politics” was the mother of all problems and those in power must have the political will to fight the scourge.

The Economist further reported that the uncontrolled habit of rent-seeking this century allows billionaires that are politically well connected to double their wealth and this posed a threat to the free market.

Dude, if the fumes had occurred in the cargo hold, it would hv just seeped out into the general atmosphere, but not into the passenger compartment, which is positive-pressurised.

The only way air/gas could flow is from the passenger cabin out into the general atmosphere, not the other way around, because air/gas flows/jets out from a region of high pressure to one of low pressure. Just like your fart.

If anything, de-pressurisation, i.e. loss of pressure, due to the positive-presureried air inside the passenger cabin leaking out into the general atmosphere because of leakage (e.g. from explosion), and thereby reduction of oxygen level in the breathing air, could have caused people to faint and die.

But since MH370 is strongly speculated, based on reflections of the ground-to-air radar transmissions of US etc., to have continued flying for another 5 - 7 hours after losing communications with ground control, then de-pressurisation to me would be a low-likelihood scenario.
