Base on the dividend pay history,possibly they will pay RM50 only if lucky.For RM500 cash repay,actually really need some consideration 1st to avoid become Kulim victim.

What is the value of MPHBC?Look quite attractive landbank but without expertise in property development. maynot able to extract the maximum value. Gaming will still the main income earner but flat.

The demerger provides short term catalyst. Despite the election risk, the downside may be limited, and there seems to be strong support at RM 3.60. Any pullback will provide good opportunity to accumulate the stock.
