member41, no IPO to the public for this counter, you have to be shareholder of MPHB or buy the OS from market. This is the beauty partn of new MPHB Capital, no overhang problem from new issue arising from IPO, only the original MPHB shareholders.

From what I gather so far, few research house has started talking about the new counter MPHBC with target price ranging from RM1.77 to RM2.36. Not surprising as after demerger exercise, the values of MPHB assets will start to unlock and reflect a real worth of the company.

capital repayment is A PROPOSAL ONLY, since after listing the mphb capital, mphb got too much cash, so mphb board proposed that the money collected from capital be distributed to MPHB share holders(after deducting what ever expenses) before deduct the expenses share holder should get 715 million divide by MPHB share holders !! (maximum 50 sen )
proposal said repayment will be ready within 6 months after capital listing.
There are 3 phrases of exercise, 1.Demerger the Capital
2.listing of capital
3.capital repayment to Magnum
share holder
So once high court approve the repayment,all MPHB share holder will be given a Magnum share in exchange of existing MPHB share.
That mean you can buy or sell now,but no repayment because this exercise is 3-6 months after IPO of M-Capital.
That day the ex-date is ONLY for Capiatal-OR, there will be another ex-date for Magnum n repayment.
if need money,can sell MPHB first,buy back 3 months later also ok.
