i think Magnum is considering bonus issue

stated in its quarterly report that its Board will make a decision.

Bonus issue will take a few months to implement, so, it will have to start soon else it will not be able to use its share premium after 31 Dec 2018.

I foresaw magnum downturn in may 2017 was temporary and soon will recover. Busineses as usual, but it dropped 50 Sen becsuse of tax issue.I put up the question in the recent OTB's talk in PD.l was laughed by the participants.Hope those who laughed , will realize the fact that, business and earning are still the main consideration for share investment. Easily above RM2 is coming, I believe with strong market sentiments it can go above RM2.2, in view of most stocks does not show promising earning in the latest Q result. Possible investors will rush into Magnum. My 2 sen.. happy investing, TAYOR.

So the public sentiment is not in favor of IRB's aggressive manner in going for tax collection. So it's in favor for Magnum in it's case against IRB

Referring to Q2 report:- Magnum has :
a. Cash & Cash Equivalent of about RM452mil.
b. Notice of Assessment from IRB of about RM477 mil (combined total, assuming worst case scenario)

With Q2 Free Cashflow of about RM137mil. Magnum should able to continue paying quarterly dividend moving forward. What say you ?
