All companies owe money at some point in course of doing business, buying fixed assets, shop lots, cars for director, investments, etc. normal la. Assuming otherwise it's like saying no one growing up owes any money to any bank

I managed to pick up some at 1.75 and regretted not having the opportunity to pick up more when it dipped further. so far happy with the +6.29% appreciation on price. hope it will dip below 1.80 for me to pick up more

Finally managed to pick up some more at 1.75. This one can keep as dividend stock

According to Magnum website, there are a total of 442 Magnum outlets in Malaysia including 13 outlets in Kedah representing a small fraction of 2.94% of outlets. The ban in Kedah wont significantly affect Magnum performance. Meanwhile there are still illegal betting still going on while the Kedah gomen wont / cant do anything or get any single sen.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 18): Magnum Bhd's net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022 (2QFY22) jumped to RM26.4 million, over 12 times the RM2.05 million it made in the same period last year, as it recorded better sales under its gaming division.

Revenue rose 47.68% to RM482.14 million from RM326.49 million, as gaming sales more than tripled to RM482 million from RM155.5 million, its bourse filing showed.

@kokchengkai I was thinking of the same thing too. With the rampant scams going on even with legit sites, I can't imagine the risk of giving personal details to illegal sites and operators. In the end, won't even have straws to clutch on.
