KKTom is talking about Jesellton condominium. There is no water basement leaking as reported in local newspapers. My niece is working as consultant engineer said international engineers from Australia were called in during initial stage of construction. This is the only world only project that meet international standard in Sabah.

Technical Analyst for asiapac - Triangle pattern , resistance 0.24 . Break this point immediate TP is 0.29-0.30 . On 0.30 there will be another resistance . If asiapac break this point my 1st TP is 0.38 and 2nd TP is 0.48 . That is my personal opinion base on my calculation (;

Technically, I hold, upside, cos adx cross over, cci above100, Macd crossimg 0 line upward,Kinko price about to come above blue cloud. Never can tell but looks positive at 24 cents. I m waiting for it to return to old price close to 34., no matter how long it takes.or i burn 34.4K.Ha ha.currently losing10k., IF ,if I sell.
