accumulation more than distribution.
9 day Conversion heading to cross over 26 day Base, indicating,
Positive in short to mid term. Of course buyers will bang down price to buy, then push to sell higher.

ok,so far I heard the Imago developer (bina puri)has employed 800 foreign workers from china to do the inside renovation workTthe outside work has completed.The opening will be in March15!

Agreed kktom, with such as big mall, with existing land, project development, now company share only aelling 0.23 is veey good buy. Nta 0.39 is not yet reflect the imago mall value.

My contractor friend told me Imago mall will be postpone indefinitely...suppose to open 15th this month but workers stealing electrical wires for scrape...workers are illegal immigrants..everyday looting non stop at site...how to open?

i received their official letter of imago mall reschedule opening to 6 march 2015. However, they may defer if anything goes wrong again...

My contractor friend was sacked today for talking about Imago Malls and it's problems. Now KK very not safe he said, many hotels close down, tourists down 70%, illegal immigrants very bad if hire to work. They work and steal. Asiapac now hire 400 workers from China and 200 thugs to guards 24 hours. Now these ex workers all illegal immigrants are angry and may sabotage.

My ex contractor friend told me a big fight between China thugs and immigrants ex workers last night at Imago mall. They try to set fire. Police didn't come. Now KK very unsafe. Tourists arrival drop a lot. Many say why come to Sabah, islands full of rubbish. KK city full of illegal immigrants risk of abductions, thefts etc. My ex contractor friend say Imago mall will never be opened.
