it will get worst...next qtr, is most probably as bad...such Hugh project relative to its turnover, interest on financing eats up the net profits...If launching by end March, then we can see some positive improvement in June qtr..

From my last visit to Imago mall, interior very nice, good ambience + lightings. Floor tiles using marble (ground), overall Interior bit like Pavilion KL, toilet design is so nice..Ceiling work still can be improve...

Everise, hypermarket chain from Sarawak Interior is very nice. Fresh design, could be the best hypermarket design in whole Malaysia..

Car Park looks nice paintings + signage..

Just my 2cents Opinions....
