The word is out that 28th March is the soft opening, with many business gonna open on day 1. Everrise Supermarket, Mcat Box Office (MBO) Cinemas, Victoria’s Secret, Parkson & many more. So that's why I believe ASIAPAC moving up now.

seller are water fish, don't look to close to one qtr, rm370m locked in sales + > rm100m potential sales. margin of 20% profit > rm80m to come. sentiment is not that favourable that all. buyer keep coming back!

Mall should do well cos it's integrated with shop houses n on top condos n a new hospital coming up next door n best of all the tenant mix can be controlled by management . Maybe need a little time only . I definitely would like to stay there in the future
