Profit dropped 61% is not to be neglected n definitely its stock price from 30c will be adjusted accordingly to 21-22c , even the present price at 23.5 is considered a bit elevated...

Asia Pac's earnings have been trending downward for the last few quarters. There is no way for us to buy at current price if the earnings moving upward. It could be an opportunity to grab low price shares given the potential of Imago mall generating recurring income in future.
