In fact shopping malls in kl are too many, all more or less the same. But in KK, its really hard to find a shopping mall like imago which has a lot foreign brand shop. Don't ever thought of people from east malaysia are not rich as west malaysia. In the town area like KK and kuching, there are bunch of wealthy people and the city is growing at a fast pace. People who live in the town has equal purchasing power as what kl people have.

I couldn't tell the result in short term, since short term price is very depending on whether got people goreng or not and the emotion/reaction towards the counter. How can you expect a counter to simply fly without any reason. As long as the company fundamentally is doing well, its an undervalued potential stock.
