hmm...wonder why the property development segment is losing money eventhough revenue quite substantial. Next quarter won't be that rosy if this segment still making loss. Mall operation won't contribute earning that fast.

bullrun18. Asiapac Turnover of property development division slumped by 28% and suffered a loss of 3.5 million as compare to profit 12 million in last year. I thought its property development profit supposed to reduce to lower level rather than back to the red. This time is really out of my expectation.
As for the revaluation of Imago Mall, it would apparently trim down Asiapac's gearing level from 45% to 36%. Creative!

I understand asiapac also got other property development. I am sure still got unbilled sales..right folks
