Asiapac not make money this fews quarter becos they invest a lot money to imago mall since shopping is open on business and tenanted nearly 90 % in future rental income will flow in Ac is worth for management dump in money to built this beautiful shopping mall assuming shopping value increase 8 % to 10% after 5 years Nta will jump to double again ):-

hmm...wonder why the property development segment is losing money eventhough revenue quite substantial. Next quarter won't be that rosy if this segment still making loss. Mall operation won't contribute earning that fast.

I think it like this say make 4 cents per annum . Then 0.25 divided by o.4 so I get PE of 6.+ . Mind u this is only 1 qtr hehe....

PE is 0.66 if based only on the current quarter earnings. But bear in mind that the current qtr earnings is mainly due to revaluation of their property investments.

bullrun18. Asiapac Turnover of property development division slumped by 28% and suffered a loss of 3.5 million as compare to profit 12 million in last year. I thought its property development profit supposed to reduce to lower level rather than back to the red. This time is really out of my expectation.

As for the revaluation of Imago Mall, it would apparently trim down Asiapac's gearing level from 45% to 36%. Creative!

No worry rental will flow in we can see hunza properties earning improve quarter by quarter all becos they have shopping mall rental come in Asiapac will be the same beside that damansara 8 launch next quarter , kepong B3 launch year end all this project also can flow in money and still have few hundred millions unbills sale ):-
