bullrun 18 sifu, I guess, the losses of the propertyy division may be due to year end adjustment.. Further hor, I noticed that there is no mentioning of completion of KK Time Square Condo. The last portion of profit to be recognised is pending issuance of CF, That mean not much cost to be incurred alrready, But dunno whether Asianpac can ask for last progress payment or not without CF. But these are even more undervalue than Asiapac

Kbunai, Mulpha and Mui Bhd. If assets are revalued they will be mind blowing!
