Don't forget Mui Bhd which holds more than 70% of PM Corp.

I own Pm Corp & also Mui Bhd.

Mui Bhd also own more than 70% of Mui Prop. Mui Prop own the 1,000 acres SpringHill prime lands outside Seremban. Sendayan Boom will spill over to Bandar Springhill. Mui Bhd also own 10 Corus Hotel in UK (10 Gold Mines) and 400 over Laura Ashley outlets. The Corus Hotel Ampang & Mui Hq are both located near the future Ampang MRT. Both still sitiing on lands at ancient book value.

So if you can hold longer term Mui Bhd should also be in your portfolio.

Longer term?

Last time My Johor SIFU Bought Ajiya at Rm1.00 & held on to it for 7 years. See every year he received dividends which he reinvested to bring his cost down to 50 cents. He had 400,000 Ajiya shares which he sold over Rm4.00 - making him a cool Rm1.5 millions after 7 years or 100% gain for every year of the 7 short years!

Now can anyone hold Mui Bhd for 7 years?
See after 7 years will Mui Bhd goes to Rm1.50 or make 700% gain?
