actually, I dont buy penny stocks for long term investment. bjland is worth a try. growth is there in japan, Iceland and Vietnam as bjland controls bjtoto and bjtoto will have e tremendous growth in Vietnam. also, vt and related parties already possessed about 85% of bjland, tak kan mereka mau bjland mati. lastly, likely to be privatized at current bottom price level.

another factor why invest in bjland is due to many mega projects reemerging in Malaysia, it would enhance land and property value owned by bjland. also , tourism is always being promoted in Malaysia, Singapore and japan where bjland has resorts / hotels.

also, this VT should not use BJLand's cash to acquire shares in 7-11, bjassets especially bjtoto which already exceeded 50%+.... should use the cash to distribute as dividend...

i rather bjland dispose off non-core assets like FGV haha.... VT should not use bjland's cash to acquire related companies punya shares.... not maximising shareholders' wealth .... give dividend and if shareholders were happy with any berjaya companies, they will invest individually....

if we want share to rise, it is simple, dividend, growth and profit... ROE if possible, make it at least 20%... so, if this 14-month new financial period is profitable, ROE hits 20%, dividend is also given, surely the share price will rise a lot :)
