is just due to conversion of ICULS shares to ordinary shares diluting the share base. don't worry as Biz fundamental still intact. with this price 50% of the share price is already backed by cash (~ 240 million cash), moreover 0 bank borrowings. only thing is lack of catalyst to pull up the price. is just a matter of time that its true value will be realized. (~ rm 1.00). just my 2 cents

(巴生16日讯)I-city第2红地毯名人蜡像馆(Red Carpet 2)今日正式开幕,馆内共有100尊名人蜡像供游客浏览,包括历史人物、世界著名领袖、时下当红名人、艺人以及《光华日报》创办人孙中山等。

该蜡像馆占地3万平方尺,共有两层,分有室内和室外主题。馆内还设有各种道具,让游客互动,而展出的名人蜡像包括中国主席习近平及第一夫人彭丽媛、美国总统特朗普、俄罗斯总统普京、微软创始人比尔盖兹、脸书创办人扎克伯以及中国首富马云等。

此外,蜡像馆还有著名的欧美、中国及韩国影视人物,包括漫威系列英雄电影中的蜘蛛侠、钢铁人、金刚狼,中国电视剧武媚娘,电影叶问、以及曾引起追剧热潮的韩剧《来自星星的你》都敏俊教授、千颂伊、宋仲基在《太阳的后裔》扮演的刘大尉等。

旅游及文化部长拿督斯里纳兹里受邀为第2红地毯名人蜡像馆主持开幕,出席者也包括旅游部秘书长阿都嘉化、I-Berhad公司执行主席丹斯里林金煌、副主席拿督尤芳洲、行动党士布爹国会议员郭素沁等。

纳兹里也披露,要促使我国旅游业成功,有赖各界人士的紧密合作,包括私人界,而I-Ciy在这方面做了不少贡献。

“原本I-City只是个乡区,但现在发展迅速,还成功吸引许多国内外游客,并且获得美国CNN推荐为全球最亮眼及最具色彩的25个地方之一。另外,随着东运会的来临,部门也放眼东运会能吸引约7000名外国游客。”

I-Bhd (Outperform, RM0.91): Central i-City Shopping Centre to open end-2018. Central i-City Shopping Centre, a JV development by I-Berhad (I-Bhd) and Bangkok-based property developer and investor Central Pattana Public Co Ltd (CPN), is scheduled to open at the end of next year. The construction of the six-storey shopping mall at i-City in Shah Alam, which has a lettable area of 940,000 sq ft with approximately 350 shops, started early last year and has now reached the fourth floor of the first section, or approximately 30% of the overall construction plan. The project has a GDV of RM850m. (The Edge)

As at to-date, the Group had unveiled the Hill10 Residence @ i-City (“Hill10”), a 204 exclusive luxury residences located above the DoubleTree by Hilton @ i-City Shah Alam (“DoubleTree”). The response was very promising with a take up rate of approximately 90% as at to-date. Hill10 is set to be one of the most luxurious properties of its kind in Selangor which is fully fitted and furnished with similar stylish design concepts of DoubleTree with a cantilevered rooftop infinity pool. Hill10 is expected to be ready by 2019 and will be an Internet of Things ready Smart Home.

i-SOHO project was completed and handed over to the purchasers in early Q2 2017 and i-Suite is
expected to be completed and handed over to the purchasers by Q4 2017. The progressive completion of the projects as well as the continuous sales from the ongoing projects will result in better financial performance for the Property Development segment for the financial year
ending 31 December 2017 as compared to financial year ended 31 December 2016.

The Group’s unbilled sales as at 30 September 2017 stood at RM303.3 million as compared to
RM334.7 million as at 30 June 2017. This slight drop is due to the completion of i-SOHO project. The success of Hill10 as well as the continuous sale of ongoing projects would contribute towards
maintaining the unbilled sales around this level by the end of the year.

The Board expects the Property Development segment to continue to contribute positively to the
Group’s performance in the current financial year. Barring any unforeseen circumstances and based on the aforementioned factors, the Board is confident that the Group would achieve commendable operating results for the financial year ending 31
December 2017.

Consistent Delivery
I-Berhad recorded a net profit of RM19.6m (-12.5% YoY, +0.0% QoQ) for
3QFY17, similar to the immediate preceding quarter, to bring cumulative
