SEAL : Cumulative eps as at 31 Mar 2014 is already 31c; with 80% coming from SEAL Q3'14 of 24.8c. If I give a conservative 20c for Q4'14, the cumulative eps for FYE 30 June 2014 will be estimated 50c. Based on a forward PE of 4.5x, FV RM 2.00 and above.......................... Nothing goes up and down exponentially in BURSA!. LETS RIDE THE TIDE>>.>>>>>>

I am a newbie, so I may be mistaken. Just sharing some notes and opinions. I have invested in Seal at 1.00 and 1.34 (today bought more!) prices.

Assuming GDV is at top range i.e. RM1b. Then assume gross profit of 25% (is this too high?), then gross profit for the project is RM250m. Of this amount, DBKL takes 20%, leaving RM200m. Of which Seal takes 60%, giving it RM120m. Seal has to pay RM36m for the land, so balance is RM84m. Divide that by total shares of 221.4m, that gives about RM0.38 per share gross profit. Of course, this is very high level calculations based on the news article.

Kheng......Its indeed high now as we will never know the ceiling.Even the net worth of NTA 116 ,is broken now.They hv potential big business ahead plus existing business booming. Take that into account, this share is worth RM 5 minimium.Depends on the directors, now what they want their
