Programme to repair and improve the condition of PPRs and flats. To implement a mitigation strategy to combat infrastructure issues faced by nursery owners in Sungai Buloh. To work with the Selangor State Government on land premium issues. Affordable Retail Goods & Groceries Programme. To improve and simplify the application process for business licenses. Create an incubator for non-technology based SMEs in the Sungai Buloh area. Create synergy between the Member of Parliament, local authorities and the state government to solve the chronic traffic issues.
