Chapter 3 - Happy Days/Months Ahead

At this price, everyone is happy.
1. The Chairman who bought DNeX at 82 sen is happy now.

2. The BOD of PING who sold PING stakes in return to get cash and DNeX shares is happy now. Win - Win for both.

3. Foxconn who paid premium price @ 90 sen is happy. Their happiness just ends like that. Paying premium price just to get some seats in DNeX and help DNeX (especially SilTerra) to transform from ugly duckling to beautiful swan.
Is there any value added to Foxconn as a whole? Any win-win situation?
Any value chain, supply chain from Foxconn's perspective? 65% utilization for Chipone, 20% utilization for ILI Technology, and the rest for who? Foxconn?? I am clueless. But, I guess new business expansion will take place soon. Only time will tell....

4. Those long term investors who bought at 20 sen (and below) during the uncertainty period and those value investors who subscribed the warrants are the HAPPIEST people. .....

All these people (ABOVE) have one thing in common, "walk far and walk together with DNeX). Betul keh?

So, what's next??
Happy Years Ahead??

I) Show us more money in the coming QR and beyond - - the more the merrier.

II) Higher ASP (36K +5K WPM) due to complexity of IC design and processes. And the latest I heard is C-SOI based technology.

III) Spiralling up crude oil price. Just take USD75 per barrel this year (conservative figure). Anything more than that is a bonus.

IV) Win - win deal between Foxconn and DNeX for the new business expansion, if any.

V) A stock on the radar for local & foreign funds, IBs.. etc.

VI) The oil production from the greenfield Avalon in 2023

VII) Assuming other businesses have 10% to 15% growth each year.

If (I) is true, then (V) will follow, just like IF... THEN programming algorithm... LOL.
