DNex result showed excellant result for FY 2022 ending 30th June. The group balanced sheet remains solid with cash of 1.02 billion. Total loans & borrowing's stood at 319 million. Operating cash flow from its trading activities at 643 million. Profit after tax at 707 million on the back of 1.44 billion revenue. Figs extracted from DNex financial submitted to Bursa dated 29August 2022. Great turn around from its early days after acquiring Silterra and Ping Petroleum { NOT a buy call. This weekend is time to ponder on future of dnex if u r quite heavily invested in it. News of semidconductor industries seem bad as big boys like Nvida , Intel, etc in the Us all drop sharply in their share prices. But it is not due to demand weakening or over supp;y amid recession . Because Us signed an order to stop export of chips to China which imports over 200 billions US $ worth of chips for years. The Us senile Bidan admin sign an order to stop exporting all kinds of chips and semiconductors to China`s , the largest export market for all US semiconductor players !
So u can see how will Silterra benefit from US -China chip war ! The prospects of Silterra and Dnex can only be better and better with time , not to mention the oncoming incentives provided by whichever Govt in the coming election.
I bet it will surely be the Darling of Bursa in just another one or two yrs !!!

With significant US-Dollar denominated revenue contribution projected, principally from DneX’s Oil & Gas and semiconductor operations, the fluctuation in US dollar will impact the company’s performance.

The annual exchange rate average is at RM4.20 per dollar. Given the current exchange rate at RM4.64 per dollar which is higher than the forecast of EM4.00 to RM4.20 per dollar, DneX is set to post higher performance for 2022.

In FY end 2021, a 10 per cent rise in US dollar will increase the PAT by RM5 million, which translate into seven per cent of the period’s PAT.

With Anasuria pumping only 16,000 bpd last Q, instead of the anticipated 42,000bpd, this stock is dead wood.

Chips and semicond is on downtrend having over supply, whilst recession and bear market.

Go figure......
