The pattern is emerging now.. Those counters that were goreng and pushed with no fundamentals are now being sold down. all will now go to pre-goreng price soon.. Sell your KTB now at 10.5, dont take chances. I have been long enough in the market to notice such pattern..

Careful. Either shareholder cash out before delisting or good news. If good news, why shareholder sell. If new shareholder come in, the transaction is still too small for the price to rocket now.

Latest announcement, major shareholder disposed 21m shares on 16 oct. If look at the trading history, on 16 oct, shares transacted via open market were much less than that. Less than 10m shares.

They do private deal with other party? Seems major shareholder not disposing the shares via open market. Really really new party come in?

Unfortunately, they are facing difficulties in this unusual time... once things return to normal, their bus services will resume... it's short term pain but long term any new investor will gain...so no surprise there will be an interested party to be their white knight... it makes very good biz sense to invest in this company... just need to wait for inter state and cross border travel (to Singapore) to resume in full force.
