My remisier said few months ago to let to of blue chips as much as you can. I checked and saw a lot of capex .. Now worse .. Acquisition! So, how to give good profit lah.
Look at tenaga today. External day tenaga downgraded .. Drop 38 sen today!!
Take as much profit as you can. My 2 sen worth of advice.

If u had made profit on TM .. Should cash out. Wait till it drop further. Then consider going in again. How to have good profit margin if operating cost is high? On top of it also go and acquire equity stake in gpacket. Can only see the light of day maybe a 9-12 months down d road.
I like TM and had kept it donkey years .. But had sold last year. Waiting to see how they fair next 6 months

hmmn... the annual report not mention the issue of the gpacket ..according to the report the loss of the earning and profit is due to the foreign currency.. hmnn.. not sure how its future.. in fact.. the HSBB2 might helps to improve the revenue again..

xiyoung2002 - want to say something but dont take it as a 'confirmed' statement lorrr; next AGM inspite of the DRS offered, they will also announce somewhat like 'July 2012' = Repayment = 0.30
-this is a from good source of mine... However, I dont want to 'Goreng' lorrr. However, despite the 'Entitlement of Repayment' possibility also; My personal analysis since early month, all indicators showing 'green light' to BUY & HOLD. TP = 6.66 coming up!

YYSam, I heard the same but not 'repayment', it will be as planned before; offering DRS with 0.30 amount.
bboycs, I agree with U but 'DRS' is an offer, means if U dont want to 'reinvest' U want cash out the dividend right? However yur statement on 'TM other on going project is the key i am looking for it' is the same reason why I value this counterwith high TP=6.60 coming up soon...

Any other expert views can share here??

Lucky today managed to sell all at the highest at 6.20 n shifting to Aeon to accumulate more. Good luck to all of u here still with TM ........it is a good counter no doubt but I've to move to Aeon to average down as I'd bought high earlier.............few weeks ago.

Have been acquiring/averaging also and could have sold @ 6.20 but still HOLD because all signals shown green to achieve TP 6.60 plus possibility of fair dividend yield. Today onwards will marks new breaking point and a higher support level; due to very high confidence with insight/inside info of more great news in the next AGM.

amsharazzi.. Ya lorrr. Most contra players already sold off @6.20 leaving mostly investors&opportunist traders on the upcoming DRS. If today can up by 0.10-0.15cents of day trading and continues next week just before the meeting held; surely can reach TP 6.60 as expected + dividend somemore... not a bad deal indeed!

TM is "considering" another M&A which will shock the whole market, still at very initial stage and dun think will happen this year. Too early to say "good" or "bad". Will reveal more if got the assignment

TM is goood. What one cannot think is this company has so many projects awarded to Huawei when huawei is welknown to practice discriminatory and marginalised malay staff and workforce. They never want to employ malay engineers. Why they get so special treatment from TM is very questionable. More projects should be given to ericsson and non-racial abuse companies available.
