I doubt TM will survive 5G era! Because most of the profit driven competitors will have equal access to 5G especially on 700mhz! TM is moving too slow! In fact has been a dissapoinment for the past 20 years, there's no way TM can compete against others! May as well close shop and sack all those malays, which is 100% of it's staff!

TM, VMware launch tGRID project
KUALA LUMPUR (March 12): Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has partnered VMware Malaysia Sdn Bhd to kick off the tGRID project, an initiative to transform the existing cloud platform to TM ONE Cloud Solutions.
The solution, via the expansion of services, is to cater to an end-to-end cloud platform that enables next-generation innovation for Malaysian enterprises.
TM chief information officer Sivan Umapathy said the project will see the offering of the new and enhanced TM ONE Cloud services.
“It will also feature VMware’s industry-leading solution that allows TM to connect both its standalone and non-standalone 5G networks on a single cloud platform, ensuring a seamless and reliable 5G experience for enterprises and consumers,” he said at the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony, today.
The cloud platform, which runs on VMware’s technology, aims to simplify the complexity of cloud adoption while offering built-in service level agreements that are tailored to customers’ needs.
Under the tGRID project, TM has implemented advanced security practices and technologies for its certified data centres to ensure the highest level of data security.
Meanwhile, VMware Malaysia country manager Devan Parinpanayagam said cloud and 5G implementation would be the key factors in enabling enterprises in the country to scale up and maximise opportunities offered by the new digital economy.
“We are hopeful that the 5G rollout in 2020 will herald a new era of innovation for local businesses with the provision of ultra-high speed, low latency connectivity,” said Devan.

5G, NFCP rollout to go on as scheduled
KUALA LUMPUR (March 12): Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah said plans to roll out 5G in the third quarter this year as well as National Fiberisation and Connectivity Plan (NFCP) will be carried out as scheduled.
Speaking at a press conference today, Saifuddin said while both initiatives will continue, the budget for these initiatives may be increased, pending the government's re-assessment of the stimulus package that was announced last month.
"We have already allocated the budget to roll out the plans, but since then, the prime minister has announced there might be some additions to whatever has been announced [in the stimulus package].
"We want to make sure whether the final budget for the plans we get is the same as announced before, or we are getting more... I am sure everyone is hopeful we could get more budget, or some tweaking to make it better,” he explained.
Nevertheless, he expects the government's revision of the stimulus package to be concluded as soon as possible, as the new Prime Minister, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, has instructed Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz to quickly address this matter
Asked if there would be any delay in deployment of 5G technology due to Covid-19 disruption, Saifuddin said the plan to roll it out in the third quarter this year remains, but the ministry will discuss concerns surrounding the outbreak during its meeting today.
Also, he reiterated that the budget of RM21.6 billion for the NFCP remains for now.

2018中国股市高点触顶下跌...马来西亚股市也在2018高点触顶一路慢慢跌还要跌很久才跌到本来要跌的这个点，疫情帮忙推一把直接跌到要的渴望点现在见底了。只有欧美病例还再增加还在小跌。中国病例没有了，中国股市开始牛了啦。联储局QE4 钱是聪明的 先去中国和亚洲。
这次的股市大暴跌是已经反应完武汉病毒未来最糟糕最坏的情况，大马公司跌深已经反应完公司最坏业绩了，马来西亚限制行动令14天很快病毒就减少。疫情也是死一些人根本不会烧掉公司资产还在那边！
这次又不是什么信贷照成金融风暴只有散户自己以为还在等。市场不会等的现在是大户，炒家和基金经理，机构投资者要的价钱先提早进场买...经济迟早都要回复到正轨!
只有散户以为在等病毒完全清除后在等经济恢复才进场买追高买那时候就是大户，炒家和基金经理套现卖。大户的思路本来都跟小股民不一样！
