PH already promised to do away monopoly.

Moving forward, more & more competition coming into the market & will erode the margin.

Upgrading broadband, government will ask TM to ka ki gu ka ki. TM's infra , ka ki hor lui but subscription fees 1/2 price only hor

5 years no port?? where you live wor ? close to secondary jungle ?

normally if the infra upgrading cost cannot justify the return over investment (ROI) from the monthly subscription, TM will put that particular area the least priority to invest any infra upgrade based on commercial decision.

Based on the deduction, your area must be a very new area, away from major town or sangkala place ?

To be realistict..TM infra need to upgrade n need a huge amount of money..new goverment will n have to allocate some fund or grant to build more network terminal, hub/port, cabelling, tunneling n so on. Connectivity n availablity will be there if the new goverment really support n commit. I ll bet on this a matter of time the goverment will inject some fund to fullfill this issue.

In terms of Business/Fundamental TM is in the right track..Price will rebound..do remember warren buffet quotes "Buy went everbody is selling"...

TM survived for so long due to its monopoly of the 'last mile' to homes. Take away this monopoly and telcos with home fibre business will prosper.

Sometime back in Jan, I too have received a call from TM to upgrade to Unifi which is priced even cheaper than streamyx. After agreeing, I have yet to hear from them.

Our great man are standing neck to neck to build the nation on the right path.

So Come on la.... dont condem national brand n product..support a little bit..

On 16th May EPF still own 17.74% TM. If they dispose until 10% RM 3-3.5 remain possible. How abt RM 2 if only 5%?

Have u done any business with them? From your post just now its Seems u know the directors very well is it?..

Name who and why..come on la..uncle been in TM n make friend some or a few state GM ..before this Datuk Rozalan TM Melaka Bhd..before him was Datuk Zaini..

TM Bhd full with dedicated n their team work hard to meet their sales target ..yes i agreed to upgrade TM also need very huge chunk of money. Our Minister will look in to these matter n tackle the issue....dont panic n sell everthing u have..or dont make any half a cents comments ..becoz uncle very confident our PM, Minister will make TM one of our great ISP company (internet service provider).

Just this 1qtr result slide down a little bit, if youre an expert or truely pure investor..u will see this as an oppurtunity to monitor n collect some. TM sales were RM Billion n will stay Billions...

Read warren buffet books regarding investment then you ll see what is investment is all about.
