last month i sleep at KSL hotel...just beside of the hotel...have a mamak stall..the capati over there nice ..but the service are damn so poor...wasting my time..KSL front desk are helpful,,,well done KSL
last weekend, I played at KSL resort.. in the resort.. have many many things to play.. mountain ppl mountain sea.. some Singaporean, some Malaysian, some Angmohs, some dunno from where... but mostly Singaporean, maybe coz it's cheap for them.. there are also many many lengluis in bikinis, KSL staff very helpful, help me take photos with lengluis.. well done KSL
The shopping mall is well-managed. Too bad for the residential development, poor condo management. I hope the board of directors can look into all the residential development especially condo seriously
I have stayed in KSL Hotel a few times when I was in JB. The breakfast there is fantastic and have a lot of varieties. You won't get this kind of rich breakfast in other comparable hotels. I was surprised that the hotel is very well managed although this is their first hotel.
Last month I went to Klang. I saw Canary Garden a lot of shop didn't sold out even lease to others. but company still making profit every years. Is very strange because financial statement is very nice, low debt, low P/E. So next time who are going to AGM can asking question for management.
There should not be any question to their financial report. KSL recorded RM283mil stocks in their balance sheet as at 30 Sept 2017. And most of the apartment projects in Johor are good with high take out rate of more than 70%.
KSL is developing too many semi-dees in Canary Garden, Klang. They should launch more DSL linked houses and develop the area at a faster pace. This will make the area more vibrant and the completed shophouses along the main road will be occupied. As we know, the demand for linked houses is definitely more than semi-dees as they are more affordable.
KSL Hotel gives you more values for the money that you pay. You get good comfortable room, friendly staff and good breakfast from the room rate that you pay. That is what you need from a hotel.
