In share market its always like that. When down no one interested, when up people start to chase. This shortie in everybody's mind is very shrewd and cunning, therefore afraid to touch and he has been collecting for over 2 years. This counter is financially strong and worth more than $1.80, and when market is down, it is easy to push!

OSK will also develop the land next to Plaza OSK and make it as a recurring income for the group. This commercial and retail project will have a development cost (GDC) of RM300mil to RM400mil with the gross development value (GDV) around RM1bil with a net lettable area of one million square feet and expected to start work on it in the fourth quarter and will take three to four years to complete.

The possibility looking into real estate investment trust (REIT) which could unlock further value for the group. ( The possibility of joint industry with OSKP and PJDEV)

Looking to acquire new businesses and will be announce a deal in the next few months. (Announcement in AGM on April 2014)

lucky8888, OSK still got a lot to go up before announcement if any. Yesterday's cheap sale, hope our forummers has caught some. Congratulations to those who jump in early this morning. Technically it only went up 2 days and took the opportunity to retreat yesterday and weak holders already bailed out. This counter is fundamentally strong with eps of 20.2 cts and NTA of $2.68. Its graph is showing an uptrend, at least can up for a few more sessions. my 2cts
