4u2c. How u get rm3 assumption when its now 2.73? Wwwcomment. Usually after ex dividend it goes down .. But hua yang is going up due to bonus issue brig announced by no announcement of date to ex yet

Thong wing Hoong : every 1000 unit x $1 = $1000 x 0.0825 = $82.50 x 3 lots (on hand) = $247.50 (you hv it)

Tax 25% its means $247.50 x 0.25 = $61.875 (deduce). So $ 247.50 - $61.875 = $185.625 (total amount u got it)

The tax deduction can be refund back when you submit income tax 2013. Further details pls refer to you income agent or call income tax central for help.

look at the last 3 yrs chart...new high each year and it gives good divident and bonus share. U no need to fork out any money for its bonus share. This lah people say Ketul Mas counter !!

once again 4u2c we have a worry about the Real Property Gains Tax(RPGT) that may inpose in coming budget which is 15% presently if you sell your property within 2 years which is for the sale of houses in the secondary market.The House Buyers Association or something to the effect is recommending increase to 25% and extend to 3 years.Anyway this just a propose hope this will not happen soon otherwise will be another worry for the stock
