Huayang ex-date is 11/10/12 adjusted ex-price from today closed is 151.2 and the estimated forward EPS should be about .32 which gives the FY2013 PE around 4.7.

helmi, excuse me, 1:4 meaning is bonus issue of one share for 4 held.
Meaning, 6100 divide by 4 = ? free bonus shares given to you

or shall I sell it now and re-enter again after ex to get lowest rate?

11th oct is x date. x date price as of today 1.93 should be 1.54 for 1 bonus every 4 share

normally after x date the price might drop and stay at the level for few weeks for rebound. so if you are trader better sell it else can keep it. bonus issue and dividend are not free lunch.
