I am truly sad and intensely dismayed with all the distasteful and baseless accusations, smearing and mudslinging hurled against OTB. I have known OTB for a very long time, so allow me to share my personal and sincere opinion of Him. OTB is one of the most upstanding, Honorable, and Trustworthy Gentleman I have known. Those who knows him well as I do, will concur with me, when I say that, OTB is a person of profound Integrity and principles.
OTB's Sharing of his Stock selections, comments and opinions are of commendable quality and standard. And he shares it with Kindness and sincerity.
I started investing in the stock market 5 years ago, and with the guidance, mentoring and assistance of OTB, my investment journey has been so far, very rewarding and successful. I believe many others too, who placed their confidence and trust in him, has also benefitted remarkably.
Volatility in the stock market is a norm. If you are a Value investor, you would disregard the volatilities. Its the longer play end game that matters. If you are a day trader or a gambler, then please don't blame or scapegoat others for the Market Volatility.
I humbly appeal to you to stop the baseless and nasty remarks against OTB. Its fine to criticize, but please do it with charisma and with logic and facts.
U think Malaysia is CCP ah? Ban export? U sort jor izzit? If this case happen, Malaysia should ban Petronas from exporting crude oil also, to ensure Malaysian have cheap oil to use. Malaysia should ban exporting palm oil also. Last but not least, Malaysia should ban exporting Musang King Durian also. We want eat cheap durian lei......!!!!
Use your brain to think.
Jhau65 The Malaysia government is considering to implement a temporary ban on the export of steel to ensure the local steel industry has a sufficient supply of raw material to maintain its operations.
Your comments clearly shows that you are Mentally Limited. I strongly suggest that you keep silent or leave this forum, as we only want intellectual comments & sharing here, something which you are obviously devoid of. Tq.
@lee901, it is export ban of scrap iron (material), not steel product la.
It is actually good news for iron mill at Sabah. But ask yourself, are there many scrap iron at Sabah???
Government won't ban export of steel product, unless it is preparing to make compensation to the exporters because breach contract. At most, it can increase export duty or tax.
Shanghai steel futures retreated further towards CNY 4,800 a tonne, the lowest since June 23rd and roughly 19% a record-high of 5,975 hit on May 11th, as investors continued their selling on worries over slumping steel demand in China. The construction sector, which accounts for a quarter of domestic steel demand, is depressed with home sales falling sharply as property developer Modern Land missed a bond payment adding to worries about the wider effects of the debt crisis at behemoth China Evergrande Group. Meanwhile, the demand from the manufacturing industry slowed sharply due to power rationing and as car production declined due to chips shortages and lower demand.
Would like to know technically, Hiap Tek still good to hold? Its chart pattern still bullish? In Malaysia , relying on fundamentals will bring you to holland, just like what happened to glove
I like OTB way of analysis. Technical first, then fundamental. I chart differently than him. I am not his student. But I like his FA.
Technically I still believe it is bullish. Series of LH and HH off the low. 0.53 is the region of s/r flip. Unless it drops and close below 0.53 convincingly, I am not worried.
The more aggressive certain promoters promoting this counter, it will drop more. Their credentials already tarnished long time ago. No free meals in this world. We can learn a lot from all the lessons from the past. Just search.
Really, no one forces anyone to follow. Just do ur own due diligence. It's ur money. If u don't do ur own homework, follow blindly like fly without head, why blame others?
