Why sell on early bull run? Ride the profit to 1st target 80 cent and consider sell 50% and hold the next 50%.

CharlesT Its a fundamental change in the whole supply n demand equilibrium of glove biz with China's presence.

Their supply increases fm 6%+ to 30% within 2 years time....

Steel biz is on the contrary, the biggest supplier China intends to cut their supply in long run...\

Guess what will happen then?

Steel rebar price in the US is projected to be around USD750 per ton or USD825 per MT in 2022.
US investors are buying heavily on steel stocks listed in the US stock market due to the reasons below.

Congress recently passed a $1.2 trillion infrastructure spending bill in response to the clear need to refresh aging roads and bridges across the U.S. A boost in construction means more demand for steel. Date - PAT - Share price
27/3/2020 - (7.657m) - 0.12 - lose money.
25/6/2020 - 4.918m - 0.16
28/9/2020 - 10.292m - 0.18
16/12/2020 - 6.966m - 0.49
25/3/2021 - 30.052m - 0.47
29/6/2021 - 65.925m - 0.565
29/9/2021 - 60.484m - 0.58

Market expectation that Hiaptek will make 70 million to 80 million in Dec 2021.
Let us wait and see the result later.
Will the share price drops to 0.30 in December 2021 ?
Mr Market will tell us at the end of December 2021.

Note :
The PAT (Profit After Tax) increased from a profit of 4.918 million on 25/6/2020 to a profit of 60.484 million on 29/9/2021. The profit increased is 1,130% over a period of 1.5 years or 6 quarters.

The PAT growth is 1,130% over a period of 1.5 years or 6 quarter.

Market expectation is that Hiaptek will make 70 million to 80 million in Dec 2021.
PAT above 66 million is already a record profit.
No reason for the share price of Hiaptek to drop to 0.30.

All hardware dealers in Malaysia do not care about low steel rebar future price in China because China no longer selling steel rebar to Malaysia anymore.

The steel rebar selling price is fixed at RM3,050 to 3,200 in Malaysia.

As long as the steel rebar price is selling at or > 3,000, this note is telling us all steel stocks will perform well in the next few quarters.

Ignore the range until you have reached the TP. .43 or above .51. Resistance is there. Remember to sell before result if there is money to be made. Don't caught off guard and keep chasing high. Relax it's .49 and not .59 yet. Do not lay the bricks for others to cash out. Your gain is their loss. Vice versa.

Tomorrow could be financial result , must be good financial report especially strong contribution from ESSB . And also with the recent announced extension of anti dumping duties protection policy until year 2026 plus increasing demand from market is a guarantee that Hiaptek business is on strong potential growth to make good profit year after year .

Further more Hiaptek RM 3 billion expansion plan and Jianlong RM 325million injection into ESSB is a solid proof that steel industry is a sustainable, profitable business for long term .

The share price of Chinhin is 2.31 compared against the share price of Hiaptek at 0.49.
No one comments in Chinhin forum that the steel price will crash.

Look at the fundamentals of Chinhin and Hiaptek, then you should know that the share price of Hiaptek is very undervalued.

It's a lot easy and without obligation to make every buy call each level and waiting for slight rebound. End of the day there is no accountability when the share price swing lower. The reality is the stock price has been corrected from as high as 70 cents until .445. Buyers are no hero but seller is. Make as much profits as you want but don't become the brick layers unless you are sure with your investments objective. Lock your profits if it's 15-20%. Don't look back until the value and other signs set in again.

All steel stocks listed in KLSE are very cheap, they are trading at a PER < 5.
