As you said before, how can you compare public bank(CSCSTEL) with other banks. If I am not mistaken even OTB gave very high target price for CSCSTEL around 3.5 and CSCSTEL is OTB miss universe but not Mycron.

I agreed on WealthWizard's projection for CSCSteel with forward PE 7 compared to Mycron's 5, it implies CSCSteel deserved premium over others due to ita superior financial position & past years' records on profitability and dividends payout.

2015 financial year net debt was 138.47 mil. If compared to 2016, its debt has been improved a lot. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Most important, company must be able to generate positive shareholders' return (ROE) when having the business loans. Subject to respective business nature or industries, Gearing ratio is key ratio to observe.
