duty is for cold roll stainless steel and not Cold roll Coils

The laggard always has reason behind :

1. will Mycron has same cases happen like Melewar, there are actually same management. This is big worry part.
2. Poor management in financial control. High cash position do not want to issue dividends but do right issue, try to scare away the invester?
I believe if there is no right issue news, Mycron can stand above RM0.90.

Maybe Mycron will start fly when they have completed right issue.

Yes. that is the problem. I believe the management is selfish. Want to scare away the investor, continue collect tickets before fly. Wait laggard to wake up only. This level is safe zone to collect some.

On paper Mycron financial is excellent. Double digit growth on both top & bottomline. Balance sheet & FCF is also healthy. But never gave a single cent dividend since 2010. Some more asking for rights issue. P/E is at its lowest level 5.7x. Something is not right here.

Company paper profit deliver fair result, consider as a good fundamental company, but management "too" stingy, 7 years no dividends and right issue make them more worse.

Look at it like a china company all cash rich(unable to verified always) but no dividend & plan right issue.

Unless they declare "handsome" dividends", call off the right issue, then only can attract investers.
