怎麼會突然發股息呢?
你們的消息準不準的? 發股息的消息從何而來?

會不會是業績大跌，和其他爛公司一樣故意放出假消息?

現在聽到要發股息就很害怕，
因為發完股息後，股價就會一直往下跌，
我寧願不發股息，股價維持應有的水平。

company starting to control capex and admin expenses since yr2014. Bank borrowing more on MYR rather than USD, currency loss not much affect cash flow. just revenue to be prior concern here. GST on marketing / advertising may have impact but not severe.

Sales at these states will sure impacted due to flood issue. Lost of sales due to road transport been cut or it incurred higher cost to deliver paper to these area. Not to mention if people will rather spend money on food rather newspaper.

Most foreign media has involve in electronic broadcasting, such as TV text broadcasting. It's convenient and the management must know everyone now have TV at home. Maybe just need to install a receiver for them or some TV have NEW TEXT function.

We wish the price of this counter can be stable within +/-10%, and dividend will pay every year. The dividend should more than bank interest. That's what we said "INVESTMENT". Not jump higher then slump lower.

我在2014年7月12日發表了下面的文章，部分內容如下：

查了BURSA MALAYSIA 網站的公告才發現世華媒體2012年派發每股派0.13美元（約41仙）特別股息給股東或許是個陷阱。

世華媒體首席執行員張裘昌先生在41仙特別股息派發之前把手上的1,577,744股以RM1.56~RM1.73的價位賣出，眼光獨到，41仙特別股息派發之後的股價為RM1.20，2013年初張裘昌先生以HK$2.50~HK$2.60的價位買入292,000股以及以RM1.11~RM1.19的價位賣出的840,000股，似乎看到了我們小股東看不到的事。

此後，股價總是在公司每年兩次的股息派發後下跌，期間甚至跌到剩下RM0.90左右，而張裘昌先生就分別以RM1.07的價位買入115,000股以及以RM0.90~RM0.955的價位買入1,000,000股！然而卻以RM1.03的價位賣出400,000股以及以HK$2.50的價位賣出404,000股，最後的一次買入是以RM0.93的價位買入108,000股。

張裘昌先生目前個人的持股數為1,908,039股，相較其在世華媒體宣布派發每股派0.13美元（約41仙）前的股數為3,607,783股。。。

我真的想請問世華媒體首席執行員張裘昌先生，什麼時候才會將之前在41仙特別股息派發前後，股價在高點的時候賣出的約150萬股的股票買回來?

您提前看到公司不樂觀的前景而提前把大部分的股票高價賣出，留下我們這些該死又無知的小股東陪葬和守活寡，自己在外面吃香喝辣，叫我們情何以堪?最諷刺的是您現在還依然是世華媒體首席執行員，不能共富貴，至少必須共患難吧?

現在的股價已經跌破70仙了的清況下，我估計，只要張裘昌先生一日''不敢''把股票買回來，世華股價應該還會繼續下跌，繼續上演那種馬股指數上漲但世華股價不漲或下跌，馬股指數下跌，世華股價趁機快跌的策略的戲碼。
這樣就可以大大提高週周息率(Dividen Yield)了，讓像我一樣無知的小股東會誤以為周息率(Dividen Yield)比定存還要高。

最後，我想請問張裘昌先生，您在股價高點時賣出約150萬股的股票，然而現在股價已經跌破70仙的清況下，您還是不敢買回來，您這個指標性的動作給了我們這些共患難的小股東什麼樣的訊息呢? 股價到底還會跌到什麼價位?

及對大馬華社的意義，所以你才會這樣說。

或許在馬股里有許多沒良知的集團的股票
是故意設下陷阱讓小股東跳，
但星洲日報不會，只是短暫業績下滑，
相信很快就會恢復。

我之所以寫之前的貼文，
只是不削身為世華媒體首席執行員再公司業績下滑時，
先行落跑，給小股東有種被拋棄的感覺；
若是其他沒良知的公司或集團的首席執行員做出同樣的事，
我並不會覺得驚訝和氣憤，因為這就是他們公司的文化。

所以，在馬來西亞買股票，
不僅僅要買該公司或集團的業績和透明度，
更是要買該公司或集團大老闆的良知。
這就是我為什麼買世華媒體的原因！

股圣巴菲特说 “如果公司/集团管理层不诚实，那就不要投资在他所有的属下公司/股票”。 这很有道理！ 请看看这集团的所有上市公司股价（从上市至今）便知！ 没有一个股为股东带来盈利！一个公司的股价应该在+/-10%内徘徊，股息应该比银行利率高，要不然我们为什么要投资在这公司？ 而不是发了股息之后，股价就跌破之前的历史价位，削夺了股东利益！

我從小看星洲日報長大，了解星洲日報真有在為華社做了很多事，
也為社會做了很多貢獻和善行，這不是三言兩語說得完的，
如果你是星洲日報的長期讀者，就會知道我說的是什麼了。

公司每年都賺錢有盈利，但股價卻如此慘不忍睹，我也很氣憤，
虧大本不說，我現在的股息都比銀行的利息還低了！所以，住在KL的股友，
下次世華媒體股東大會時，請記得幫我問問首席執行長張裘昌先生，
股價到底是怎麼了？如果他對世華媒體前景沒信心，能不能換人做看看呢？
反正他很多的股票都已經在股價接近最高點的時候賣出了。。。

自从世华媒体收购了”南洋商报“和“中国报”只剩为数不多的中文报和东马几家，几乎马来西亚中文媒体自由和利益已遭其垄断，这已不是之前的星洲日报了。我们现在看的星洲日报，看得到它的创新吗？看得到它的进步吗？看得到其独立和公正吗？几乎每天像谄媚般的报道，又怕得罪有权势有地位有钱的人。它可被别有居心者所利用，也可能为己利偏袒一方，再看之前我们可以选择”南洋商报“和“中国报”来特不同意见反驳，以及报道一些它所不敢报道的，如他们敢像CNN，BBC，Bloomberg 那样果断，独立，理性，公正，有凭有据的报道，那才算到位！！ 在之前几家大报章的竞争下，星洲日报也不敢亵慢，怕跟不上脚步被其他主流媒体给淘汰，那可是之前，现在呢？？已失去了意志和动力吗？

我老师曾经跟我说：”如果一个民族在一个媒体长期熏陶下，这是很危险的，我们没有机会正真的认识自己软肋在哪，也不知外边人对我们的看法/批评，使我们失去自我提升的动力永远活在自我，无法融入其他社会。只有自由接受其他媒体的意见，再经过我们的智慧思考来判断是非，这才是媒体自由的意义！！“

If you go to coffee shop, people still read newspaper. Even older people prefer reading hardcopy than online. If I buy hardcopy I can know a stock lowest or highest price for 1 year whereas internet only show 1 day stock price.
