It's funny to keep seeing people condemn counters. Or There are few reasons:- 1)you had previously lost loads of money on the counter that makes you have this hatred 2) want to buy cheap stock? Please go to sleep earlier so you can start dreaming 3) just too free and hope to see ppl suffer :)
They for sure want to buy cheap but missed the boat. To justify their inaction to buy during cheap must say counter is bad la. Otherwise face and ego put where? Even dunno how to read QR still not man enough to admit yet be so arrogant. Can gauge their mentality level dy.
No_Sight: Also use stu-pid example. Serba since ipo have been on uptrend and was a good company until auditor issue. Serba’s profit from 140m since 2016 to 600+ million 2020. Definitely big funds interested. Lol. Stop embarrassing yourself. Also we never know how this issue pans out. Serba delisted already kah? KO already? Lol if you dare buy its share now. Barbacena Dhanie - They deserve 0 star. They just gonna try to fool customer over & over again. They just keep on promoting ad but failed to refund money to their customer. It's a hopeless case. There are long lists of customers waiting for their refund but airasia failed to resolve it. It makes me realized that this is their way for customer to give up for getting their refund. Mine is more than a year, how about the rest? Also they should not closed the case w/o giving a solution. Neither there is no explanation why the case is close. Worst customer support (a robot)? I've spending 3 hrs or more only just to go back again & again on selecting category questions. No official business email (you will only get a "no reply email"). It might be enjoyable collecting money on their side knowing customer will just gonna give up at the end isn't it?
Christopher Gold - Useless support. Impossible to get ahold of a real person. Only has their AI system, which cannot handle my need, which is a refund I've been waiting nearly a year for..
Stephen Nolan - Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. In fact there is no customer service at all. No options for phone or email... We are left dealing with a ‘chat bot’ that cannot sort out the processing of my wife’s refund request from March 2020.
I am looking forward to having a long conversation as soon as they get phone lines back up (if they ever do?). Will never fly with them again.

Christine Fox - still waiting for a refund. paid over 2500 in 2019 and no refund. this airline lets robotics make decisions and closes outside cases when not resolved.
