It's funny to keep seeing people condemn counters. Or There are few reasons:-
1)you had previously lost loads of money on the counter that makes you have this hatred

“Our gratitude to these people who said ‘don’t worry AirAsia, we want you to survive, we will use that credit later’. These also included people who are struggling, and that is an amazing thing for 90% to say okay.

“I don’t have a big benefactor shareholder who can top up and do the refunds, we have to be real about our survivability now,” he said.

He said money does not “grow on trees” and if everyone asked for their refunds, the company would go bust. AirAsia, he said, also has large amounts of money owed to it, citing the US$200 million (RM800 million) tied up in Airbus.

Pawel Grzyb - The worst airline and customer service ever. Waiting for my refund since April 2020

Barbacena Dhanie - They deserve 0 star. They just gonna try to fool customer over & over again. They just keep on promoting ad but failed to refund money to their customer. It's a hopeless case. There are long lists of customers waiting for their refund but airasia failed to resolve it. It makes me realized that this is their way for customer to give up for getting their refund. Mine is more than a year, how about the rest? Also they should not closed the case w/o giving a solution. Neither there is no explanation why the case is close. Worst customer support (a robot)? I've spending 3 hrs or more only just to go back again & again on selecting category questions. No official business email (you will only get a "no reply email"). It might be enjoyable collecting money on their side knowing customer will just gonna give up at the end isn't it?

Christopher Gold - Useless support. Impossible to get ahold of a real person. Only has their AI system, which cannot handle my need, which is a refund I've been waiting nearly a year for..

Stephen Nolan - Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. In fact there is no customer service at all. No options for phone or email... We are left dealing with a ‘chat bot’ that cannot sort out the processing of my wife’s refund request from March 2020.

I am looking forward to having a long conversation as soon as they get phone lines back up (if they ever do?). Will never fly with them again.

Heri Hehe Setiawan - I have been scammed. Poor services. Flight cancelled, but can't get a refund.

Christine Fox - still waiting for a refund. paid over 2500 in 2019 and no refund. this airline lets robotics make decisions and closes outside cases when not resolved.
