What worked well in stock market?

A. First level thinking; “This quarter earnings is better than last quarter earnings and next quarter earnings will be better than this quarter earnings” With that you can write 20 articles in i3 to promote the stock like what KYY did.
B. 3iii's and Philip's second level thinking; “The market price will continue going up when companies can make stable, predictable and consistent revenue and earnings growth year after year” Fund managers and Market makers love this type of stocks and these stocks will be rewarded with high premium of PE 25 to 50 to 75 to 100 and beyond. Example: Nestle, QL and Stoneco
C. Third level thinking; “Calvintaneng’s limitless stretching of imagination and story-telling” He had contributed thousand articles to i3 and had made so many “Chun-Chun” calls.

So why people still buy AA knowing even the boss say it will take two years to be business as usual and meanwhill AA need to cut cost and raise fresh fund to survive?

muhiaddin may not be the best, but no other candidate also, najib corrupt, the rest either have issue with racial or have a corruption case ongoing, mahathir no one support anymore, azmin also too aggressive not a wise guy, anwar empty bullet, who else.

We refer to the Circular to Shareholders dated 4 June 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Circular”).

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that as part of the Company’s on-going internal reorganisation plans, the Company intends to undertake the following:

(i) transfer by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia Com Travel”) of its entire equity interest in AirAsia Ads Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia Ads”) (being 100% equity interest in AirAsia Ads) to AirAsia Digital. As at the date hereof, AirAsia Ads is a wholly owned subsidiary of AirAsia Com Travel and AirAsia Com Travel is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of AirAsia Digital. Following the transfer, AirAsia Ads will be renamed as “AirAsia Superapp Sdn Bhd”, operating 3 main verticals (namely, travel, e-commerce and financial services); and

(ii) transfer of the existing 80% equity interest in BigLife held by AirAsia Digital to AirAsia Ads.

In connection with the above, the Company will nominate AirAsia Ads to receive the Sale Shares (representing the balance of 20% equity interest in BigLife), instead of AirAsia Digital (as set out in Section 2.2.1 of Part B of the Circular). For clarification purposes, the SSPA provides that the Company may nominate any nominee as it may direct in writing to receive the Sale Shares on Completion.

Upon completion of the above transfers and the Proposed Acquisition, AirAsia Ads, which will be wholly owned by AirAsia Digital directly, will hold 100% equity interest in BigLife.

Save for the above, all other information in the Circular remains unchanged.

Do u know that u buy 1000 shares of insas at Rm 0.875, U will still get exposure of 800 shares of Inari worth Rm 2.60 leh!

Do not be silly lah...!!

Insas already make profit after tax of Rm 217m within 9 mths....its projected EPS is Rm 0.43 for the year mah...!!

my opinion is government will not going to make Air Asia Group gone as it has played a very big part in government's program be it previous BN or PH government..too many 'big' guys/women inside Air Asia to allow it to go down the drain even court also will favour AirAsia as long as they make it proper for their restructuring program
