CKCS,ask yourself a simple question:

if your annual income was RM150-200k and it is still raising,holding RM160k cash in hand,while sitting RM1.54m worth of propertys/asset.

will you worry if you still owing RM388k of debt/liabilities?

while paying your debt,are you able to put extra 20-30k into bank saving every year(ability to pay dividend)?
