I have just found out from alam company announcement dated 23Jan20 page#2, stating tranche1 notes that had been converted to new shares @0.09 are 143,888,885shares. While Outstanding tranche1 notes to be converted to new shares are 411,666,670shares. Terribly huge number of new shares yet to be converted.

I know alam is improving with its quarterly reports and contracts winning. Just unhappy with huge amount of new shares at much cheaper price with instant profit. Well, nothing can do abt it. Waiting for good news next week.
