Does anyone know why this share has underperformed ? the number of shares issued is low compared to other CPO shares, it has a good land, bank recently increased by 1,900 hectares and modest debt. I owned this stock 2 -3 years ago at a much higher price and remember that it always paid a regular dividend. Does Mr Koon still have a substantial holding ? it may be that the low share trading volume is the main problem.

low shares trading and no improvement on its business all this while. Dividend is getting lesser and profit is getting lower each quarter. Who want to buy and hold this counter. I also holding it for 2.5 years.

This counter can just keep in the closet and just accept any dividends that the company declares. No need to see anymore. Hopefully in 5 years, it can beats the FD rate. I forever trap in this counter.

Agree because no local IB do coverage on Swk Plant. Eg TSH loss making RM 1.78(latest QR) because PublicInvest do coverage.

Wait for 2016 annual report(due end Apr) whether any dividend to be announced. I have written to their IR about dividend matter. Wonder whether they overlook and still not reply it.

8/5/2017.I monitor this counter for quite a while , probably ,some big holders are disposing. Now it has dropped to a level equivalent to 70% of NTA (2.29).I believe, now can start collecting . Tomorrow,I will start buying 10000 share at 1.61.
