gt91 UEM S Nusajaya low land cost is their advantage if not mistaken RM 14 per sq ft. If can sell their land can make a lot of money. If can sell house profit margin will be high.

TS, Bkt Beruntung is far from KL city. Nusajaya is near S'pore a lot of different. S'porean more deep pocket considering their strong S $.

UEM S is also beneficiary of strong AUD(now also above RM3) with their Australia property venture which should boost their profit next few qtrs.
