If the KL118 project is not postpone, then UEM' s joint venture with Samsung is likely to secure this deal, but how UEMS to benefit from it is another story....

Almost every other day I passed by Nusajaya Ascendas Tech Park. I expect great things to happen here. I can see and feel its power and progress.
I think by June 10th Pm Najib will announce HSR in its next 5 Year Malaysia Development plan.
Also for Sarawak/Sabah Elections BN Will award The Mother of All Development Projects.
You must get some Sarawak stocks before the Entire Market discover it later.
I recommended Super Enterprize at Rm1.20 when very few people were interested. After price doubled everyone took notice.
Same goes for Opcom which I recommended at 60 cents. After Opcom jumped 100% to over Rm1.20 the people gone crazy over Opcom!

So buy these if you have extra cash - kbunai (still cold like icebox), kkb, naim, eden (this one a little speculative), weida and cmsb. By June 10th when 5 Year Plan is announced together with UEMS these Sarawak counters will be on fire! Buy now when few people know the impending announcement. Once gone mad please don't chase.

Going soon to Iskandar. Will see how Gerbang Nusajaya progressing. For UEMS excitement fills the air!

@Calvin, for your info, when Iran sanction is lifted in 6 months time...there will be additional 1mil barrel per day going to flood the world market. Non of OPEC member is going to cut their output to maintain market share, hence it is unlikely oil price will move up because there will still be plenty of supply in market.

johnmajor, you are correct. I suspect the Singapore and CT's Johore buddies has bought a lot ARMADA below RM 1.10, and now they want to unload all to you at RM 1.30+

Josephine is wrong!

Calvin never mention Winnie in particular. Calvin & Johor Buddies Bought Armada yesterday at RM1.29

We also bought Kulim at RM2.59 to RM2.60. And we bought Alam between 61 to 62 cents yesterday (oops today we are losing in Alam). Never mind our Waseong shoots up to RM1.45

So better don't pick & buy Calvin's call at random. Just buy all 5 in equal amounts'

They are Perisai, Alam Martin, Armada (ha please don't buy this one if you are not comfortable), Waseong and Pantech.
