晋江市工商局关于认定2012-2013年度晋江市守合同重信用企业的通知
根据省、泉州市工商局《关于开展2012-2013年度守合同重信用企业创建工作的通知》（泉工商〔2013〕123号文件精神和工作部署，我局组织开展了“2012-2013年度晋江市级守合同重信用企业”认定活动。

Why not Lin just announces dividend pay-out , 1 or 2 cents or even 0.5cents , msport will fly high rather than issuing bonus share and free warrant ? That is more practical !
If I'm the director , I just do so in that simple and easy way . Share price definitely up , at that time , disposal then takes place , unless the account got hidden defect , without sufficient fund to pay for it .

A simple answer. Lin wanted to sapu cheap warrant,,, that's why he lower the mother price. To lefthand or righthand as James Lim quoted, we don't know. But, he did it. Now, we r all in the dark on what will be the warrant listing price? Anymore 5 sen? I don't think so,, Lin may press to 1-2 sen.
And i guess he will start picking up there.
